SMT / PCB printing request high precision frames with flat surface , free deformation and durable lifespan . We build the frames with high precision aluminum profiles and achieve the tolerance within ±0.5mm and tension > 40N/CM .

The SMT frames are light weight, strong and water-tight . Each frames are carefully handled and inspected before loaded.

We have a lot of profiles with type 口，日 and cross , customer can choose different profiles according to the printing precision and request tension

Standard frame size ( customize size is accepted )

We can do different surface treatment according to customers requirement , including sandblasting , anodizing and powder coating, which keeps the frames from chemical corruption .
